Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
SFBT is used to treat a wide range of issues in people of all ages, including child behavioral disorders, family dysfunction/abuse, and relationship troubles. It is used alone as a therapeutic intervention or in conjunction with other therapeutic techniques.
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT)
TF-CBT can support anyone who was sexually, physically, or mentally abused once or multiple times, or who has developed post-traumatic symptoms, depression, or anxiety as a result of the loss of a loved one or exposure to violence in the home or community.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT can help treat many mental and physical conditions. Some of these include anxiety disorders, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, psychosis, eating disorders, substance use disorders, workplace stress, and chronic pain.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
EMDR was originally developed to treat the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, and phobias. EMDR can also be used to treat depression, sexual dysfunction, and stress caused by chronic disease. Coming SPRING 2023

According to the American Kennel Club, an emotional support animal is a pet that provides emotional support and comfort - helping its owner deal with challenges that might otherwise compromise their quality of life.
